Financial statements should not be a month-end project. In Roznamcha Digital, the full reporting suite lives in one place — the Reports section of the sidebar — and every report is computed live from your entries. Here is what each report does and how to get the most out of it.

Live, not batched

Because the desktop app owns its local database, reports query your entries directly. There is no nightly batch, no stale cache, no export-and-reconcile step. Post a journal entry and the balance sheet already knows. Open a report during a load-shedding outage and it works, because it never needed the internet in the first place.

The five reports, and when to open each

  • Profit & Loss — did the business make money? Compare periods side by side and read the bar visualization to see the trend, not just the total.
  • Balance Sheet — what you own and what you owe. Use the folded view for a one-glance summary and expand any group when something looks off.
  • Trial Balance — the completeness check. Debits and credits must match; use it to catch a one-sided entry before it reaches a statement.
  • General Ledger — the full movement history per account. This is where an auditor lives; per-account drill-down takes you from any total to the transactions behind it.
  • Cashflow — where the cash actually moved, across operating, investing and financing activities. Profit is an opinion; cash is a fact.

Drill-down: from any figure to the story behind it

Every figure in every report is a doorway. Click a number in the P&L and you descend into the accounts that compose it; click again and you are looking at the actual transactions. Folded views collapse parent groups for a summary glance — expand any node to inspect children without leaving the page.

This is also how you audit yourself. If Office Expenses doubled this month, you do not export anything — you click into it and read the entries, right there.

Getting reports out of the app

Charts export as images for a quick WhatsApp share with a partner, and print templates produce clean PDFs for your accountant or the tax office. The dashboard adds a Tax Summary card, so the output tax you have collected this period is visible without opening any report at all.

Filing season stops being a hunt through folders and becomes two things you already have: correct entries, and one click.
