Where account tasks liveCopy Anchor Link

Books, companies, and cloud snapshots stay in the app under Settings → Account. Plan payment, your photo, and signed-in devices live on the website.

• In the app, open Settings → Account and click Manage billing. That opens website Billing.
• On the website, click Sign in, then Account. The account menu has Overview, Billing, and Sessions.

Overview shows your current plan, when access ends, and your Profile (name and phone — the same ones you use in the app).

Business is prepaid. There is no automatic debit and no cancel button. Paying again adds another period onto your access date.

New accounts start on a 14-day Business trial. From Overview, Choose a plan opens Billing whenever you want to pay before the trial ends.

On Billing, pick one interval:

• Business Monthly — Rs 999
• Business 6 Months — Rs 5,499
• Business Yearly — Rs 9,999 (Popular)

Enterprise and Custom are not paid on this page. Use Contact sales or Contact us.

Pay or renewCopy Anchor Link

1. Open Billing.
2. Select Business Monthly, Business 6 Months, or Business Yearly.
3. Click Pay with SafePay (or Renew with SafePay when a paid period is ending).
4. Finish on SafePay with JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, or card. You return to Billing.

If you already started checkout for the same interval and it is still open, the site continues that checkout instead of creating another one.

While a paid period has more than 30 days left, Billing shows No payment needed. Renew with SafePay appears in the last 30 days.

A trial locks as soon as it ends. The app then shows Your trial or plan has ended and asks you to open Billing, pay, and sign in again. A paid period is different: cloud sync pauses when the period ends, and the app stays open for 3 days so you can renew. After those 3 days it signs you out until the plan is paid.

Payment history lists completed payments and open checkouts. Unpaid checkouts that expire drop off the list after a week.

Account photoCopy Anchor Link

On Overview, under Profile:

1. Click Upload photo, or Change photo if one is already set.
2. Choose a PNG, JPEG, or WebP image up to 2 MB.
3. Click Remove to clear the photo. Your initials show until you upload another.

The same photo appears in the app after the next sign-in refresh.

Signed-in devicesCopy Anchor Link

Open Sessions. Each row is one sign-in — the website, the desktop app, and the PWA each keep their own. A row can show:

• browser or Roznamcha Digital, operating system, and Desktop, Phone, or Tablet
• approximate place, network, and IP address when the network provides them
• Signed in and Last active times
• This device on the session you are using now

To end one session, click Sign out device. On the current device, click Sign out. Sign out other devices ends every session except this one. Signing out does not delete your books.

How many companiesCopy Anchor Link

The Business plan registers one cloud company. On Choose a company, Create company then says Your plan already includes 1 company. Open it below. When there is no active plan, it says Subscribe to create a cloud company. Open Billing from the account menu.

Switch the open company from Settings → Account → Switch company. Several branches under one account are an Enterprise request, not an extra SafePay checkout.
