Common Pitfalls & Best Practices
Never Skip Opening Shift Float Entry: Always enter your starting cash float in the morning. Forgetting this will cause an apparent cash overage at the end of the shift.
Configure ESC/POS Direct Thermal Printing: In Settings > Print, set your thermal receipt printer to Direct Print. This bypasses the OS print preview dialog and prints tickets in under 1 second.
